The Prize Draw

• Mountain Equipment is offering one lucky winner the chance to win a Raintower Jacket worth £190 / $249.95 (RRP).
• The winner may choose from available sizes and colours, subject to stock availability.
• Entry to the prize draw requires signing up to receive Mountain Equipment marketing emails. By entering, you agree to receive newsletters, promotional offers, product updates and related marketing communications from Mountain Equipment.
• You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

Eligibility

• This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the United States, aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Mountain Equipment, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any parties involved in the administration of this prize draw, together with their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members, are not eligible to enter.

Prize Draw Period

• The prize draw will commence at 09:00 BST on 6 August 2026 and will close at 23:59 BST on 31 August 2026.
• All entries must be received before the closing date. Mountain Equipment accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, or fail to be received for any reason. Entries submitted via agents, third parties, automated means or multiple email addresses are invalid.

Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
• The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the prize draw closing.
• The winner will only be contacted from an email address ending @mountain-equipment.co.uk.
• The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, Mountain Equipment reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Entry Limits

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

General

• Mountain Equipment's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, Mountain Equipment reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value or, in exceptional circumstances, to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion.

Data Protection and Privacy

• Mountain Equipment will process personal data submitted by entrants for the administration of the prize draw and, where applicable, to send marketing communications in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• By entering this prize draw, entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed by Mountain Equipment for the purposes described above and in accordance with the Mountain Equipment Privacy Policy.
