Introducing GORE-TEX with ePE membrane. It's waterproof, windproof, and breathable like previous GORE-TEX fabrics, but it's also environmentally conscious with a lower carbon footprint**. With a PFAS-free* membrane and Durable Water Repellency (DWR) treatment, it is the ideal choice for use in Mountain Equipment’s performance products.

In 2023, GORE-TEX introduced the innovative new GORE-TEX membrane, which is based on expanded Polyethylene (ePE). This membrane is light, thin and strong, enabling durable, waterproof, windproof, and breathable performance. It is PFAS-free* and has a reduced carbon footprint** (per Higg MSI) achieved by its lower material mass along with a new material combination.
All GORE-TEX with EPE membrane products have the GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY promise to ensure you stay dry and comfortable, even in extended periods of heavy rain or snow.
