Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
2. The competition. Mountain Equipment is offering one lucky winner £600 (RRP) towards their next purchase of Mountain Equipment products. Participants need to complete the prescribed consumer survey and confirm their intention to be included in the ‘prize draw’ when prompted.
3. This competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over. Employees of Mountain Equipment, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate in the competition.
4. This competition will commence on 20th May 2025, and all entries must be received by 23:59 BST on 20th June 2025. Mountain Equipment accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
5. The winner will be drawn at random and notified via email within a week after the competition closes. Winners will only be contacted from the following email address: hello@mountain-equipment.co.uk. 
6. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of Mountain Equipment sending the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and Mountain Equipment reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
7. The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of claiming.
8. One entry per person.
9. The winner will be selected at random.
10. Mountain Equipment's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
12. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Mountain Equipment reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. Mountain Equipment will use any data submitted by entrants only to run the competition unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to Mountain Equipment (OSC Ltd) using their personal data to administer this competition.
