How long will the wash or repair take?
The timings for our services can vary depending on demand, and turnaround time is detailed on the main service page and point of purchase.

-
Do you colour-match the repairs?
If you need to return your item to have a tear repaired, a panel replaced, or the zip slider changed, we will try to match the colours to your original product.
However, we may not always have the exact colour available, so we will do our best to match the colour as closely as possible.
